What is The Dovera Guarantee?
Choosing the right company to build your website is very important to you which is why we give you the opportunity to work with us at no risk to you. After the initial payment, The Dovera Guarantee covers you through Phase 1 and Phase 2 allowing you to see the high quality communication and work that we provide. This gives you the peace of knowing how we will work for the entirety of the project. If you choose not to continue after Phase 2, we will give you 100% of your money back, however, we reserve the right to withhold the work done up to this point. As we progress to Phase 3, we have met our obligation to the Dovera Guarantee. At this point you have decided to commit to following through on the entirety of our contract together.
What about hosting & maintenance?
You are free to use your own hosting or join one of our own Website Care Plans and host with us. Like all tech, websites need ongoing support to keep it healthy.
What platform do you build my website on?
There are many platforms to create websites and we found that we enjoy working with WordPress using Elementor as the page builder the best. Fun fact, almost 40% of all websites on the internet uses WordPress!
Transferring website / domain
If your current website or domain needs to be transferred we will transfer that free of charge to you.
